We want you to love your Cool Bamboo products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unwashed bedding. Our goal is to ensure you experience the ultimate comfort and quality in your home.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your unwashed bamboo linens in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
